Coastal Lifts Supplies recommends the Neovision for the refurbishment of old hydraulic systems where the power unit, the controller and the electricity lines have to be replaced.
It is a pre-wired kit “plug&play”, UCM certified, composed by the control cabinet Neos GMV of latest MR technology (for machine room), with direct start up of 25 A, landing and car push button panels, wiring and Fluitronic drive.
It allows refurbishing the existing hydraulic elevator.
It offers the following advantages:
- Redundant security lock of the hydraulic circuit thanks to the electronic NGV valve or the DLV valve paired with the mechanical 3010 valve
- Possibility of a reduced installed power of the electricity meter
- Reduction of energy consumption up to 20 % thanks to the electronic valve and to the greater efficiency of the dry motors (version with electronic NGV valve and dry motors)
- Improving travel comfort and operational performance, thanks to the electronic valve or to the ETC system paired with the mechanical 3010 valve
- Improved accuracy of the leveling to floor of the car
- Increased number of travels per hour
- Environmental compatibility thanks to the use of ecological fluid (optional)
- Compliance with the standard EN 81.20
- Also available without the Neos GMV controller. For the adaptation to local controllers, please contact GMV in order to receive the necessary configurations
- The ETC System is available on demand (only for the 3010 valve)
- Usable for new installations as well
Attention: the installation of the Machine Room Cabinet is possible even outside the machine room, with the possibility of using the machine room for other purposes
